We purchased a Lane sofa leather covered recliner Summer of 2009. We immediately had problems. The underlying material on the sofa began to 'bunch up' on one side of the sofa. We called our dealer who called Lane to get the problem resolved. Lane refused to do anything until we wrote a letter to the credit company stating we were not going to pay for the sofa until the problem was resolved.
