When we went to turn in our rental car, the first Enterprise clerk was completing the paperwork and checking us out AOK. Then a second clerk came up and said there was damage to the roof line close to the windshield. We could not see the damage and it certainly did not meet the size they specified as noteworthy at the beginning of the rental. Enterprise says they are going to charge our deductible. This sounds exactly like the scam alerts we have subsequently read about on line but did not know about before choosing Enterprise. read full review »
