I placed a order on line for a Lenovo laptop 420i, after I did not hear from them for 8 days I called only to find out that I was apparently sent a email stating that my billing address and shipping address were different thus my order was cancelled. 10 days later I called them again was on the phone for ever being transferred to different departments. Finally a sles rep said my order was placed and I was given a conformation number and asked to call again after 2 days.
