I cancelled personal training because the male trainer began calling me from his personal cell phone before our training began. It made me feel uncomfortable that he was calling me to see "how I was doing". This is a simple question that could've been asked at our initial training session. Why he felt the need to ask me several times in one week is wierd. I hand wrote a letter to cancel within the 5 day cancellation period.
