We hired "A Professioanl Move" out of Montecito, CA to ship our household goods from Temecula, CA to Morristown, TN. Our household goods were picked up on August 25, 2007. We were told the shipment would be sent directly to TN and would arrive in 3-5 days. When we contacted them a week later, they stated it was sitting in storage "waiting for a truck going that way".
