Trying to get a clothes washer repaired. They cancelled or did not show up on two occassions. On the first incident we received a call that the service persons truck broke down. We later learned that was not true and the sears complaint center did not have an answer as to why we were given that answer. They told me the real reason was a computer glich that affected everyone getting service done that day. As I write this it is 11:40 AM and they were supposed to be here between 7 AM and noon.
