I am sick of their customer service and their stupid phrase THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO!! What about a class suit to these people???? They are affecting our wellness as well as our financials. They are impacting our credit credit score by reporting Late fees when they shouldn't and then when we close the account our debt ratio goes up which translate into lower credit score and this eventually makes our other credit cards to increase our interest rate because we become riskier customers.
