Online instructions are simple to get the insurance check processed to receive 1/3 of funds. After a month of run around about paperwork and then being told I MUST complete 50% of repairs to my home using my savings and retirement accounts (which wiped me out financially) I did so and according to "their" adjuster I reached 55% completion.
