I ordered two coins on 21 February 2010. The company cashed my check for $398 (USD) shortly thereafter. I have been in contact with a representative via phone twice since then. They indicated a case had been opened (#2195 and 2196) on 27 April. I have still received no new information from the company. My order was for coins NGC A3607 and NGC PR70 A3608. While I would prefer to receive the coins, I would be willing to have my payment returned instead. read full review »
