Well I got laid off my Job in Feb.2009, Bought this cart in March 2009, to supplement income, Up front this guy was charming and he knew exactly what I wanted to hear, (this cart will make you money). well, I purchased the cart, and had a few things to take of before I really got a chance to mess with it. The first problem I had, was the trailer hitch, it would not fit over the ball, it's the right size ball, it just would not fit, Next is the leveling jack, it will not go up far enough for me to tow the trailer.
