OMG.. The worst online retailed I have come across. I bought a refregirator coz it was cheap as compared to other stores. Its been 4 weeks since I have ordered it and I have not received it as yet. I paid for express shipping!!! When I called them, they were so rude... the spervisor Calvin Bitman is aweful. He threatens me that I shall cancell the order if I call for delivery again... BTW, the shipping is not owned by them, so it will be delivered when the shipper has delivery in my area. FYI I live in Princeton NJ and the item is to be shipped from Brooklyn, NY!!!
