I too went through the same song and dance with Ebay customer service after winning a vehicle from netexchangeauto. I won a 99 Ford F150 for $3105.00 the ad stated there would be a $150 service fee charge added on to the final total after the auction. Which is only the cost that Ebay charged this joker for placing each ad. After the auction he contacted me via email to say "Congrats I thought for sure that truck would have gone for at least 4 or 5 thousand!"
