We have been dealing in Metal scrap for quite some time. However in recent times we have noticed very high number of sellers on the net, specially with free sites like alibaba.co and many others. Some sellers offer ridiculous low price, and tempt the buyers, but ask for 30% advance. The phone numbers given is 070xxxxx and who knows how much premium they are paying for that even to call !!. The other way is that they ask for LC before confirming the goods. These LC are used to finance, and used for as long as possible, and then returned.
