I finally got tired of the poor service from Waste Management and decided to switch to another waste hauler. Just trying to contact them to terminate their service was a nightmare...I wound up on hold for a really long time before I could talk to someone. My containers were not picked up on the day they were supposed to...and I've been hit with a $25 bill for them to NOT PICK THEM UP!!
