My complaint is that I was trying to set up a recurring payment from my checking acouunt for my Mom pay as you go phone. The amount was only for $25 biweekly. The person that I was talking to said that my check was declined. I call my bank and they said that there wasn't anything received from AT&T declining the amount. I feel that the individual who was taking my call was trying to charge more than what I ask to charge and that is why they kept getting declined.
