Vital Check charged me for a service they did not provide. I ordered my birth certificate from them in December of 2010. May 25, 2011 I received a letter from them saying they could not match me to the NJ vital statistic records. They told me I could pay again and resubmit my application. I tried many times to contact them to inquire about the delay. They told me my order was processed and they could do nothing to help me. Please pay again...This is a bad and shameful. read full review »
