I returned an item to efaucets following your precedural insructions, getting a return authorization etc. I was told there would be a restocking fee which i expected because I read your return policy. I ordered the item in january 2011 and returned it the same month. It is now April and i still have no refund. Your phone representatives are curt, often indignant and certainly not sympathetic.
