elf Checkout is Bad Business. I have been shopping there for years about twice a week. (The expanded food section keeps me coming) They have everything. CVS Boylston St. Boston Has moved to primarily self checkout. I HATE IT. I spoke politely with the very nice manager who said he would pass it on. They actually try to beg you out of the "human being" line saying "happy to check you out" Great employees, great store Lousy Idea. People are voting with their feet.
