Paid $48.00 for a certified copy of my birth certificate because my original one is missing. I got confirmation of payment recieved and never recieved my certified copy of my birth certificate. The courthouse and department of motor vehicles need this identification in order for me to become a resident in another state. They suggested vital check, but I am not giving my money away again. What am I supposed to do and where do I turn to get some assistance in this matter? I need an answer ASAP! read full review »
