I received a coupon in the Val-Pak mailer for $79.95 whole house steam cleaning with this company. When I called to schedule the appointment, "Lisa" answered the phone and was very friendly and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, May 24 2011 between 9-11 a.m. She told me that someone would call me the day before to confirm.
