I am so happy to read your complaint today on the web. I am so P.O.ed at these people I could spit bullets. I was also charged for the original bottle, but then they sent me another before my statement had come and I got charged again!!! They will not let you return even the unopened UPS package and their customer dept. is extremely rude!!! Read the fine print. You are also enrolled in some weight managment crap that is more money!!
