Due to the unauthorized billing of so many customers and the fact that they are to reimburse you 3 to 5 days after they billed us without consent WE as customers need to report them to the Better Business Bureau and then maybe take the next steps to let this company and others know they can not get away with these type of underhanded tactics. This is just a means of this company making money without supplying a dissent product. During the 3 to 5 days before they return which I am sure mounts to thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.
