My husband's cousin who lives in Poland works for a company who ordered a $22, 000 machine from this guy in August 2008. Eight months later, no product has been produced, nor has the owner answered emails or phone calls. My husband had to physically travel to Oregon from Oklahoma (where we live) in order to track down the company and the owner, which he did, and take possession of the machine.
