Hi, I had a Airtel Landline in Gurgaon - 0124 - 4112939. I asked for disconnection on Apr 21st after paying the April bill / outstanding amount before the due date. I got a call later on the 23rd saying that since I was relocating to Banmgalore, I need not disconnect but can ask for a transfer to which I agreed. After I came tio Bangalore, I was asked by Airtel Karnataka to disconnect my connection in Gurgaon and place a fresh order in Bangalore which I did.
