I purchased a GE Profile Washer and Dryer April 2010. I have had 4 repairs so far and they do not stick to their repair time. I have lost 3 days of work waiting for them to come on their assigned time. They have parts shipped which takes 3/4 business days and set appointment 1-2 weks after parts arrive.
