Toshiba Satellite with charger was taken in to get virus removal and to repair USB ports. I was told as mother board had to be bought to fix USB ports. I requested that my pictures be saved before he did anything. It was written on the work order to do that. Computer was picked up and someone else's battery was in my computer. ( I did not have a batery) It was not the right battery any way because it was jammed in and would not unrelease to pop out. My charger was lost and so was my data(sentimental pictures).
