AVL lied to me over and over. They promised 3-14 days delivery. They delievered when I was OUT OF TOWN 21 days later! They damaged my goods, denied the damage, gave false information to my insurance company. They will not call me. I even tried contacting AVL headquarters and didn't get anywhere. They didn't have the proper moving equipment at origin. They didn't blanket wrap my piano as promised, they mangled the piano cord, they broke the bookholder and it crashed down and chipped the keys.
