I've lived in the Waterfront for three years, and I love it. The floorplans are fun and quirky, some of the views are breathtaking, and my neighbors are warm and friendly. The HOA board members are responsive and responsible. And as a neighborhood, Little Italy can't be beat. This is definitely an urban living experience, which means a symphony of sights, smells and sounds. If you don't like urban life, this probably isn't the place for you.
