I purchased a zero gravity chair through Sears.com. The chair was shipped by the vendor and received in a reasonable time frame. I assembled the chair and was not happy with it. I called customer service and was told the vendor would issue a pick up in 5 working days This was the middle of March 2011. I waited for the vendor to issue the pick up but it never happened.
