I ordered a free trial of this product and was charged before my time was up. I contacted them and it was taken care of. This was in July of 2010. I received a cancellation number and was assured there would be no further charges. Then in March of this year I was suddenly charged for the full amount without authorization and have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact them for my money back.
