I found a charge on my first month of my upgrated phone (now a smartphone) for an APP "pictavision". I called AT&T and they initially said I downloaded it... well, have not downloaded anything, no child, nobody touch my phone besides me... them they said would remove it and I have to ask for a block on my phone (without no charges) and have a pin number... then the person said I was charged on my last bill also.
