I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with my visit to McDonalds on May 27th, 2011 at 7:49pm. Unfortunately, my enjoyment was spoiled by a number of organizational problems. During this visit, my out of town guest and I were treated rudely during the ordering/payment process. During the ordering process I was cut off prior to completing my order, then as I rendered payment I tried to explain I had not finished ordering to which I was told (in a harsh manner) “that the staff is on a timer”, had my credit card snatched... read full review »
