Day before yesterday, May 26th 2011 I was forced to call the support hotline at Toshiba since I was unable to find an email address or live online support for my new laptop. The technician to whom I spoke promised to send me an email detailing how to do what I needed to do. I never received the message. When I called again, I got a long wait period, then the telephone system hung up on me. Gotta wonder, should I just take the laptop back to the store and get my money back? I've had the computer for three weeks now, and have been unable to use it due to this technical difficulty. read full review »
