I order 4 caps for my son's playoff tournament for our coaches to wear. I ordered the caps a month in advance so they would arrive on time. After a week I asked if they were sent out and they said he was working on them and they were being sent in 1-2 days. After 14 days I sent an email out asking where my caps were and they said they were out of stock on that cap. He was working on them that minute and they were shipping them out.
