I selected Allied Home Warranty this year thinking is was a professional company and with good service, unfortunately I was completely wrong, one of my houses in rental had a problem with the Air Conditioning on May 24 2011 and I called Allied to have a contractor to visit the house and do the inspection of the unit. The contractor was the company Lone Star Repair, they did the inspection two days later on May 26, and they reported the coil condenser was damaged and they need to put a new condenser, and also a new freon compressor.
