I ordered 4 barstools with fabric seating and 6 matching chairs. I received the barstools minus the fabric seating (got wood seating). Called the company and they asked for us to fax the lading slip that we signed. In fact, we did not sign it and it was not presented for signature. At that point, they said that we were correct and they would send the chairs and the fabric seats for the barstools.
