I took my car for an oil change on 5/26/11 to Monroe Muffler and before rotating tires I was told that the left rear tire was uneven due to the belt inside shifting therefore making making the inside of the tire worn. I was told it was a defective tire and I might want to take it to wherever the tires were purchased and see if it was under warranty. I was told that if car were to have to be inspected that it probably wouldn't pass inspection.
