I have been a customer for maybe three years. Mortgage was passed on from Lending tree. I have never been late with my payments by mail. This time in May-2011 i decided to make a payment on line . For some apparent reason did not process. Reason from AHMSI is that my banking information was not correct. I have been making payments to other companies and never had any problems.
