I just signed up recently and found that the dating software is very easy to use. The templates are great and I can do most of the work myself. The support is helpful and responsive. The only drawback is that they don't offer phone support. Support is provided through help desk and live chat. Although I have explain my issues in typing, that's helpful enough. read full review »
