Two weeks ago we discovered fradulant charges from our checking account. I called the compass 1800 number to get the activity reported. The decision was made to shut the account down and open a new one. A hold was placed on the account with fradulant activity due to both the pending fradulant claimant as well as my direct deposit from my employees.
