Airtel customer care executives are very irresponsible. These guys do not have proper information regarding any service plan.Except this company doesn't inform consumers of changing their tarrif plan and charge the customer according to new tarrif plan. Till customer comes to know about his change of tarrif plan its too late he is charged for what he has not been informed...and when he calls customer care, he gets only 1 rply, charges can not b refunded..
