I've been a Rent a Center customer since 2004, I bought quite a few things from them and always had a trust relationship with the Morrisville employees... until in 2005, I went to pay for my rented Xbox at the time and an employee I never met before used my credit card to make 900 (sex line) calls. I spoke with the manager and it was elevated to the district manager who promptly called me to apologize and extend me a free agreement, and assured me the guy had been fired.
