I placed an order way back in January for several items. It was taking a while for my stuff to ship. Eleven days after I ordered I called them. They told me they had sent me an email telling me one of my items was backordered. They said they could mail the other stuff and then ship the backordered item when it came in. So I agreed. The other stuff arrived and I thought it was okay. Several days later I went to use one of the products and the bottle was completely empty. It had been sealed that way.
