I purchased a book from an American company called "The McGraw-Hill Companies". On my order form it said that shipping was free, on that basis I purchased the book. I then received an invoice from this company stating that they had debited my account $47.05. The cost of the book was $19.99 and shipping was $27.06.When I sent them an email about this, it was pointed out to me that there was a Disclaimer on the billing information page and that the cost was not yet determined.
