This company contacted me claiming i had 24 hours to make a payment in full ( less than 2000) or i will have police at my door serving me court papers for and old cc i DID fail to make payments on nearly 5 years ago... i made an initial payment of 500 to keep them off my back and there little scare tactic worked until i did further research by contacting attorneys and bankruptcy lawyers in my area.
