They ae awful!!! I did a 30 day trial for 3.99 and then when I saw it was worthless I called to cancel and they offered me a special rate of 9.95 a month. I tried to be nice and said something to the effect of it sounded like a great deal but I did not accept it. I was going over my card statements and I realized they have still be charging me!!! I called and told them to cancel it and that they had made a mistake and I wanted them to refund my money.
