I ordered a pod to be moved from NYC to San Francisco a month prior to when I needed it. They charged me almost $4, 000 before the pod arrived. On delivery day, pod arrived 30 minutes late - not a big deal. Left on time from my apartment. Thought all was fine over the next 10 days.
