Several years ago I became extremely frustrated with the Canon company, maker of copiers for home and office. I struggled very hard to find a customer service phone number or email address. After I did I posted the problems I had with one of their faulty copiers in an attempt to be made whole for the loss I suffered. To make a long story short, their customer service representative took about a week to get back with me. He kept the exchange going by asking me questions having little to do with the concerns I had.
