I ordered a pair of ugg boots for my daughters christmas early November 08. The money was removed from my acct within 1 week. I is now Dec 21, 08 and still no boots. They will not respond to any of my e-mails and I have no idea what to do. How can they get away with this? My daughter is so upset, this was all she wanted for christmas and now I cant afford to replace them because the money is already gone. Please help me and my daughter. read full review »
