Airtel fraudulently activated HELLO TUNES on my phone and deducted Rs. 30 on 30th May 2011 at around 4.30 pm inspite of my not sending any sms or requesting such service. On calling customer care i was put indefinitely on hold or told that i had ordered the service when i had done no such thing. Airtel is the most fraudulent phone service i have seen i shall make sure that people around me never buy an airtel connection. It is not about money it is about the company having zero ethics and very poor customer care. read full review »
